It's funny because the kids are always reminiscing about their 1st house hunting days and how you made it fun, informative and an overall positive experience. They'll recall some of your stories, reactions, funny comments, serious comments and say they miss you! We'll be sitting at the house and they'll just remember something you said and LOL. Anyway, now it's about settling into a routine and the reality of home ownership and responsibilities.

So far they really like the neighborhood. It has a real sense of community and hopefully will remain that way. A bunch of neighbors welcomed them on move day and have been very supportive. It's a really nice street. It's also great that they are literally only 5 minutes away from mom & dad! Jessica's work location is close as well and that was an important deciding point.

The whole process from buying our new home to selling our old was seamless. Tony's handyman came in and helped with the touch-ups prior to us selling. We must admit that when we decided to buy a condo in Canada from Bermuda where we live, we were pretty concerned about how it would all work. The list of questions was long: How will we pick a property in a city that we hardly know? How will we handle the tons of paperwork: legal, financial, etc.? How will we select a tenant? And if things go wrong? And if something turns into an urgency? Two years into being proud owners of one on the Maple Leaf Square condos and having rented it twice very successfully we have just one explanation: Iuna and Tony.

You two have been great in every respect. Not a single ball dropped! From impressive knowledge of the city (we viewed over 30 units in a weekend!), to a wonderful eye to pick tenants, or an amazing network of professionals to assist us with anything that we have needed to date (e.g. repairs people, accountants, cleaners, etc.).

We love counting on the two of you and feeling that we can trust your judgment time and time and time again. Above all, we value the dedication and professionalism you show in any issue that arises and hope to count on you for as long as you are willing to put up with us!
